Scanalyse processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Address details: These data will be kept throughout the relationship with the data subject and for an additional 3 years after the relationship has ended.
Phone number and email address: These data will be kept throughout the relationship with the data subject and for an additional 3 years after the relationship has ended.
Other personal data that you actively provide: These data will be kept throughout the relationship with the data subject and for an additional 1 year after the relationship has ended.
Data about your activities on our website: The retention period of this data may vary from a few weeks to several years, depending on the purpose for which it was collected and processed and the applicable legislation.
Bank account number: These data will be kept throughout the relationship with the data subject and for an additional 3 years after the relationship has ended.

Sharing of personal data with third parties
Scanalyse does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Scanalyse remains responsible for these processing operations.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@scanalyse.nl.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

How we secure personal data
Scanalyse takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. If you have the impression that your data is not secure or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via info@scanalyse.nl. Scanalyse has taken the following measures to secure your personal data:
– Security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
– TLS (formerly SSL) We send your data via a secure internet connection. You can see this in the address bar ‘https’ and the padlock in the address bar.
-DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are three internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam, or are intended to obtain personal (login) information.
