Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Other personal data that you actively provide: These data will be kept throughout the relationship with the data subject and for an additional 1 year after the relationship has ended.
Data about your activities on our website: The retention period of this data may vary from a few weeks to several years, depending on the purpose for which it was collected and processed and the applicable legislation.
Bank account number: These data will be kept throughout the relationship with the data subject and for an additional 3 years after the relationship has ended.

Sharing of personal data with third parties
Scanalyse does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. How we secure personal data
Scanalyse takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. If you have the impression that your data is not secure or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via Scanalyse has taken the following measures to secure your personal data:
